    2021 for the LMS Collaborator: Infographics

    Do you know what’s good about summing up the year? You can see the extent of the work done and set new strategic goals for the next year.

    For our team, 2021 was a very busy and productive year. We drank a lot of cups of coffee, held countless online meetings and realized a lot of cool and global tasks. Our team was enriched with new faces, who already managed to pass the initiation by the corporate party and successfully joined our cheerful team.

    Speaking seriously, we are proud of the work done, new cases and tasks accomplished. We are grateful to our customers and partners – Administrators of educational portals, El`Lab mentors, HR-specialists, IT-specialists and Project-managers for their joint hard work and new ideas.

    This is what we accomplished together in 2021:

    Tech Support

    In 2021, we received 2606 requests from our customers and implemented 183 development requests. Each customer request was worked out in detail by our Support Managers. We regularly released updates with improvements and new features. For 2021 we released 12 new versions, and closed our year with LMS Collaborator 2.29.0!

    New Integrations

    In 2021 we added new integrations to the list:

    • Integration with Microsoft Teams. You can hold video conferences, meetings and webinars using Microsoft Teams platform.
    • Integration with Viber. All notifications from the portal will be sent to your employees’ Viber. All you need to do is to connect the Viber bot and set up the integration at the LMS Collaborator portal.
    • Integration with Azure Active Directory. You can import users from Azure Active Directory to your learning portal as well as an organizational structure based on subordinates and managers.

    New cool features

    In 2021, we released a lot of improvements and new features. The main ones we want to highlight are:

    • The new version of “Management by Goals” – LMS Collaborator will automatically build a tree of goals for your Organizational structure, taking into account the relationship between employees and their line managers. Each goal will automatically assign an Executive, who is responsible for its achievement, and its Mentor/Manager, who monitors and evaluates the result. You can create your own goal set templates for each position, language, and other employee parameters. The new “Current Goals” page displays all employee goals and their statuses in one table – this is also a report on each employee’s goals. There are all the reports you need to monitor the status of work on goals for the entire organization as well as for individual employees in real time.
    • Webhooks is a mechanism for notifying system users of events. Provides new possibilities for integrating external systems with LMS Collaborator. External systems now instantly react to changes in training status, new messages and other events that happen to users in LMS Collaborator. Webhooks is an opportunity to automate business processes in real time.
    • Multi-language interface – users choose the most convenient language for their portal: Ukrainian, Russian, English, Spanish, Turkish, Estonian, German.
    • The new menu of LMS Collaborator – we reduced the number of tabs and grouped them by processes to unload the page and provide more space. All the menu items are divided into meaningful blocks – “Main”, “Results” and “Settings”, which are on the same page. In addition, customization of the menu is supported and our technical support is always ready to help.
    • Functional Managers – users can be assigned managers and mentors for projects, directions, type of work, and other functions.
    • Notification line – all important portal notifications are collected in one place. Users can view notifications on the portal itself, not just in their email.
    • New Modes for Testing – Showing the user the mistakes made after taking the test.
    • “Manual management” of badges – assigning badges manually, for example, to mark employees for different achievements – participation in corporate events, conferences, successes in work, etc.
    • Comments and bookmarks in the Knowledge Base – leave comments on resources and save favorite resources in bookmarks to return to them later.

    Customer experience

    El`Lab #6

    Having overcome all the difficulties of quarantine, we were able to get together and work on new interesting corporate e-Learning projects at El`Lab #6. May 19-21, a new city for us – Dnipro, 17 mentors, experts in the field of e-Learning and 6 teams of participants with very interesting projects.
