Pros: It has all you need and some options others don’t have, for example:
– non-linear trajectories with conditional transitions
– flexible skill assessment module
– offline event registration,
– like individual practical exercises
– high degree automatically set up assignments based on the company’s organizational structure, city, position, or any other labels you create
– flexible reporting system
It`s combined with ease of setup and administration+ overfunctions: if you have a not big company, then you can not use some other systems, because there is functionality of an information portal, HRM elements and a task manager+ very good support
Cons: no mobile app. It lacks the ability to work offline (only if some content is made available for download)
Reasons for Choosing LMS Collaborator: Most of the popular services are more like ELS – e-Learning systems, among witch there are good solutions for remote work with content, organization of paid online schools, but there is not enough functionality for corporate training: advanced automation, organizational structure, assessment, offline events, corporate information portal.
