About the company
АТ «TASCOMBANK» is a Ukrainian commercial bank that constantly updates its infrastructure, implements modern analytical and IT solutions, improves service quality, and develops open banking services. For several years, the company worked with another distance learning platform, but later switched to LMS Collaborator. The main reason for changing LMS was the need for a more convenient, faster, and more efficient distance learning system.
Tasks
Automate the onboarding of new employees in all departments.
Organize regular bank-wide training.
Ensure staff development in a unified information space.
Increase employee engagement and encourage self-learning.
Conduct staff assessments to identify development needs and monitor knowledge levels.
Solutions
Implementation of a 4-stage adaptation program for newcomers: from preliminary assessment of readiness to practical work with mentors and final immersion in work processes.
Mandatory learning: welcome course, occupational safety, compliance, financial monitoring.
Development programs tailored to position and business area, including offline training.
Annual bank-wide learning (7–10 programs) in two waves, combining presentations and testing.
Testing system: thematic tests after product launches, quarterly hard skills checks, professional tests twice a year.
Additional development and self-study through the Knowledge Base, news feed, and corporate library.


With LMS Collaborator, we were able to automate annual performance reviews and create an effective hybrid training program for over 500 sales managers.
The system significantly reduced the time needed to prepare and conduct appraisals, and improved the quality of onboarding for new employees. Our mentors note that employees come to work with a clear knowledge base


During our collaboration with LMS Collaborator, we managed to automate onboarding, give all employees permanent access to the Knowledge Base, and implement various formats of asynchronous learning: from videos and longreads to training sessions and webinars. We also set up LMS integration with a Telegram bot to streamline communication between the office and store employees and quickly inform the team about task assignments and company events. LMS Collaborator has an intuitive interface, supports various resource formats, and allows a single administrator to manage the entire system
