“During our collaboration with LMS Collaborator, we managed to automate onboarding, give all employees permanent access to the Knowledge Base, and implement various formats of asynchronous learning: from videos and longreads to training sessions and webinars. We also set up LMS integration with a Telegram bot to streamline communication between the office and store employees and quickly inform the team about task assignments and company events. LMS Collaborator has an intuitive interface, supports various resource formats, and allows a single administrator to manage the entire system.


About the company
Blyzenko is a chain of grocery stores located near residential areas. The chain was founded in 2013. Today, it has more than 280 stores in six regions of western Ukraine. Distance learning based on LMS Collaborator was introduced in 2019. The target audience of the e-learning portal is more than 1,700 company employees.
