“We are building a training system that covers all key areas: from onboarding to production processes and knowledge testing.
LMS Collaborator helps us automate and scale this process. Importantly, the system is flexible — we can reach not only office workers but also production staff. For example, in the “Re: Knowledge Industry” project, we engaged over 1,000 factory workers without access to corporate email by using SMS messaging. The LMS also helps preserve and scale expertise within the company—knowledge is documented, turned into courses, and shared with others.

“For us, an LMS is more than just a learning management system. LMS Collaborator is also a vital tool for internal communication. As a portal administrator, I find the flexibility in managing content and the ability to quickly implement new training initiatives to be major advantages. I’d also like to highlight the responsive technical support, which helps resolve issues quickly. At the same time, the platform’s user-friendliness is a key factor: employees can access training from both computers and mobile devices.

“One of the most important advantages of LMS Collaborator, and the one that appeals to me the most, is its powerful analytics capabilities. The platform provides detailed statistics in various formats, all accessible with just one click. We can track engagement levels and course completion rates, monitor the time spent viewing materials in training programs, generate summary reports on users, and analyze results after courses are completed. This allows us to effectively assess the quality of training, identify weaknesses, and adjust training strategies in a timely manner.
