• Kernel

Kernel is Ukraine’s largest producer and exporter of grain crops and a global leader in the sunflower oil market. The company operates 7 processing plants and 28 grain elevators, and supplies its products to more than 70 countries. In addition to selling its own products, Kernel also works with Ukrainian farmers.

We are building a training system that covers all key areas: from onboarding to production processes and knowledge testing.
LMS Collaborator helps us automate and scale this process. Importantly, the system is flexible — we can reach not only office workers but also production staff. For example, in the “Re: Knowledge Industry” project, we engaged over 1,000 factory workers without access to corporate email by using SMS messaging. The LMS also helps preserve and scale expertise within the company—knowledge is documented, turned into courses, and shared with others.
