The year 2023 is coming to an end, a year that has been another challenging one for Ukraine. A year when the country demonstrated its unity and continued to fight for its right to freedom.
In 2023, Ukrainian business also overcame difficult challenges, adapted and optimized. Together with our colleagues, we did not stop, continuing to work on improving our system to develop the Ukrainian corporate e-learning market.
This year, we continue our tradition of summarizing the New Year’s Eve. In this article, we will tell you not only about numbers and functionality, but also about important events for our company that took place in the challenging year of 2023.
In 2023, we continued to implement cases for the important Collaborator for 4.5.0 project. This is a volunteer initiative of our team to help the Defense Forces with what we do best: organizing, automating, and reporting on learning processes.
Our team has started volunteering with the Plast organization.
Overall, this year we focused on sharing knowledge and skills with colleagues. In early 2023, together with European partners, we organized a webinar to share case studies of Ukrainian companies as an example of combining creativity and technology. In addition, we gained great experience in speaking and participating in conferences: KA Group, HR days, HR Directors Forum, and HR Rendezvous.
In November, our company celebrated its 10th anniversary. We are grateful to all our colleagues, partners and dear customers for their congratulations and cooperation.

What we achieved together in 2023: summary
New functions and integrations
This year was quite productive for our development team. We improved the existing functionality, released many new useful functions, and added some cool integrations to the list. Some of them are:
- Gift shop – is a tool that helps reward and motivate employees to learn. For completing tasks, users will receive bonuses that can be exchanged for gifts in your store.
- Integration with Slack corporate messenger – employees will receive important reminders in their messenger and will always be aware of the assignment of new tasks, updates to the Knowledge Base resources, etc..
- New editor for creating page resources – convenient and intuitive TinyMCE editor, which allows you to quickly and easily create interesting learning resources.
- Integration with Zoom – one of the most popular platforms for organizing webinars and video conferences. With the help of the integration, you can create webinar tasks on the LMS Collaborator training portal that employees can complete directly in the Zoom app.
- Individual deadlines for completing tasks – If employees are unable to complete a task on time, you can postpone their deadlines.
- Position profiles – based on the competency library in the learning portal, you create position profiles for your employees. Employees can view their goals, responsibilities, and competencies required for the position in their personal profile on the learning portal.
- Adding tasks from the Catalog to a personal development plan (PDP) – by browsing the Task Catalog, employees will be able to add a task they like to their personal development plan.
- 2 types of survey reports – standard – if you need to get general statistics on the survey completion. Detailed – which collects a full analysis of the answers and analysis of the results.
- Reactions for news and notifications – functionality that allows you to leave your likes or dislikes while viewing news and ads. This interactive feature helps to track the popularity of news and the number of times an ad has been viewed.
- Improving the process of working with curators – is a function that allows the curator to view the workshops and meetups assigned to them on separate pages in the “I’m checking” menu item. The supervisor can filter workshops and classes by parameters, view the results, and evaluate them.
- Tables customization – the ability to customize the composition of tables with a list of users and their assignment to tasks. You can select the necessary fields for display and pin the first name field to customize the display on different devices.
- Updating assessment reports – New and improved report layout. Improved gap analysis graphs, color indicators and tooltips in matrix analysis, and a new look for the self-assessment results scale.
- Requests for career development – updated algorithm for approving and removing irrelevant applications. Now the application is accepted by the head of the organizational structure or the responsible administrator.
- Reports – the ability to download custom (special) reports in PDF format.
- New types of notifications from the system – assignment of a curator to the tasks of the personal development plan, results of checking the free answer test, new comments on the portal, reaching the disk space limit, assignment of new checklist questionnaires.
- Development of gamification – a new widget with the anniversary of work in the company, creating your own special events, setting up pages for successful and unsuccessful completion of tasks.

This year was quite busy and active for our technical support team. This year, the team received 2,800 requests from customers, which were promptly processed. We constantly listen to your wishes and requests and implement them. In 2023, we fulfilled 519 development requests and released 9 impressive releases.
