«ViYar» is one of Ukraine’s leading manufacturers of furniture components and production services. The company’s calling card is its modern showrooms, where customers can view the product range, get expert advice, and quickly find the right product. The company currently employs over 4,700 people. The company’s rapid growth required scaling, automation, and improvement of the training system, so the decision was made to implement a distance learning system (LMS Collaborator).

Solution
Creation of a 19-day onboarding program that combines online training in LMS and practical tasks in showrooms.
Building a clear learning path for beginners with daily tasks, a modular structure, and short knowledge checks.
Transferring certification to LMS Collaborator: automatic assignment of tests with reminders, personal messages, and automatic calculation of results.
Creation of a structured knowledge base with clear navigation, tags, and categories.
Introduction of game elements: corporate hero, badges for newcomers and mentors, as well as online simulations.

During our collaboration with LMS Collaborator, we managed to automate onboarding, give all employees permanent access to the Knowledge Base, and implement various formats of asynchronous learning: from videos and longreads to training sessions and webinars. We also set up LMS integration with a Telegram bot to streamline communication between the office and store employees and quickly inform the team about task assignments and company events. LMS Collaborator has an intuitive interface, supports various resource formats, and allows a single administrator to manage the entire system


LMS Collaborator is a tool we use to create content for our organization together. It’s super handy to be able to interact, change stuff, and make it better. Articles published in the Knowledge Base regularly receive responses and comments from our readers. Based on these, we improve our training content. Synergy was, in fact, our goal.
