
The end of the year is a good time to look back. For us, 2025 was about care, timely decisions, and meaningful daily work. This year reminded us once again that development is not just a process. It is a common foundation that helps us move forward regardless of the circumstances.
So, what was the development of LMS Collaborator like for us in 2025?
We worked hard to finish the year with a major update and present LMS Collaborator 3.0. The new version combines a consistent updated design, AI features, and a task and test creation wizard – everything to make learning even more convenient and effective. In 2025, we organized El’Lab#8 in Lviv with a focus on Infinity elearning and actively shared our experience on HR and L&D platforms.
This year, we expanded the Collaborator for 4.5.0 volunteer initiative and implemented even more support projects for defenders. A special and very touching moment of the year for us was the recognition from the commander of the Ukrainian Air Force.
On the eve of the New Year, we continue our good tradition of summarizing the results of the past year. In this article, we share with you the main changes and achievements that our team has experienced.
What we achieved together in 2025: summary

The main event of the year – the release of LMS Collaborator 3.0!
The highlight of 2025 was the release of LMS Collaborator 3.0. Months of painstaking work, dozens of discussions, trend analysis, testing, and lots of feedback. This version combines our experience from previous years, new technologies, and our vision of the future of corporate learning:
- Integration with artificial intelligence.
If you already have access to AI solutions, you can use them to quickly search for information, create content, and automate routine tasks.

- Task creation wizard.
We have rethought the process of creating educational content. Now the entire cycle, from material development to user assignment, takes place in one convenient interface. Step-by-step format, logical sequence, no unnecessary transitions between pages.
- Design updates.
All key tables where you work with content have been redesigned for convenience: tables with tasks, user assignments, and all pages for viewing content (surveys, resources, tests, courses, programs, etc.).
- Quick quiz creation.
The updated interface of the page combines all stages of working with quizzes. You can do everything you need at once: create a quiz, add questions to it, write down answer options, and immediately configure all the necessary parameters.

New cool features of LMS Collaborator
2025 is the year when we focused particularly on practical value. Each update was born out of real cases, challenges, and requests from HR, L&D, and managers.
- Grading and position levels.
In an employee’s profile, you can specify their position level – Junior, Middle, Senior, etc. This helps you set up a single position profile for different employee groups and build more accurate development trajectories.
- One-to-one meetings are part of the development plans.
Individual meetings between managers and employees are important. But it is even more important to record agreements and track their implementation. Now you can add such meetings directly to the development plan and keep the entire mentoring process in one place.
- Custom message templates
Communications in LMS have become even more personalized. You can create your own message templates that take into account corporate style, tone of voice, and business specifics.
- Company organisational structure
A separate page with a visual organizational structure in a vertical tree format helps you quickly navigate the team. Employees can view the company structure, collapse branches, zoom in and out, and quickly navigate the team and roles.
- Help menu.
We have shortened the path to support. Through the “Help” menu, an employee can write to the portal administrator with one click and receive a quick response.

Technical support: numbers and quality
Behind every platform update and every issue resolved is a team that works hard every day to make your experience with our system convenient, understandable, and effective.
In 2025, our technical support team handled 4,045 requests. That’s thousands of questions, ideas, suggestions, and challenges. Each of your suggestions became the foundation for change — over the course of the year, the development team implemented 562 updates.
This productive work resulted in four releases, which step by step led us to the main event of the year—the release of LMS Collaborator 3.0.

Publications for specialized HR resources and customer success stories
One of our greatest joys is seeing your projects come to life, grow, and deliver real results. In 2025, we continued to share your achievements because they inspire, educate, and show that corporate training can be different.

Experience sharing: Events and communities
2025 was an eventful year. It became a time of lively communication, professional discussions, and inspiring networking for us.
El’Lab 8: Infinity elearning in Lviv.
After successfully reviving the project last year, we organized the eighth meeting of the e-learning community of professionals. This time, the theme of El’Lab 8 was Infinity e-learning – the limitless possibilities of corporate training in the age of technology. Seven teams took part in the event, working with experienced mentors on their projects during three days of intensive practical work.

Being part of a professional community is what drives us to grow. We were delighted to participate in events such as:
- Online event “PECHAKUCHA: Everything About LMS.” Our CEO Myroslav Botsula, along with other EdTech experts, shared insights on creating enterprise solutions that really work.
- Charity drift in Mykolaiv. LMS Collaborator became an official partner of the event in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Together with the Recruitment Center of the Ukrainian Navy, we helped raise funds for a drone for the 34th Brigade.
- HRD Association in Lviv. Together with OKKO, they talked about the implementation of LMS in the format of exciting Formula 1 races: from a “press conference” to the final “victory.”
- LVIV HR FORUM 2025. Our colleague Viktoriia Balachuk (Deputy CEO and Product Owner of LMS Collaborator) moderated the discussion. We also presented LMS Collaborator in the expo zone and exchanged experiences with guests.
In addition to presentations, we tried not to miss any opportunity for sincere conversations. Our team actively participated in: HR Rendezvous, HRD Summit, Business Coffee, HR Days, and the HR Brand Awards. Each of these meetings is a space for inspiration, exchange of ideas, and confirmation that we are moving in the same direction.
