2022 brought us many new challenges and taught us to adapt to new critical conditions. Now we not only know how to implement e-learning, but also how to provide first aid, work in a shelter under the sound of air raid alarms and live without light. We received many new relevant skills.
But despite all this, we continued to work productively: to implement new e-learning projects, help customers in solving various interesting tasks, regularly release updates and improve our LMS Collaborator.
By good tradition, we end our 2022 with a summary of the results.
Our achievements in 2022
New cool features
In 2022 we released a lot of improvements and new features of LMS Collaborator. The main ones we want to highlight:
- “Requests for external learning” tool – allows to keep records and process applications for external learning. Having chosen an interesting external online course or training, the employee can apply for confirmation of their learning by the supervisor. In turn, the manager can create an application for external training of their employee.
- Personnel assessment – an updated version of the personnel assessment, separated into a separate product. It contains all the necessary functions for conducting and automating surveys using 90, 180, 360 degree methods. This functionality allowed us to make a separate bundle of LMS Collaborator “Assessment 360”, which is perfect for companies interested in organizing annual and regular employee evaluations.
- Thanks – help to maintain social communications within the team, strengthen team spirit and increase employee loyalty. Users can send messages to their colleagues, subordinates or manager. It can be gratitude for a successfully completed task, a note about work, congratulations, or just a wish.
- Visualization of learning paths – employees can view the learning paths assigned to them, track their progress, see what tasks it contains and the conditions under which they will be assigned.
- Events – another gamification element that can be used to notify and congratulate employees on significant events. Such as the anniversary of work in the company and the gained rating points.
- Competencies library – allows you to keep track of the competencies that are necessary for the profile of a particular position. Also, when creating learning tasks, you can specify which competencies they develop.
- Emoji – help to make communication between users on the portal even more bright and fun.
New integrations
This year we have added new useful and cool integrations to the list:
- Integration with BranchTrack – simple and convenient editor for simulation of dialog simulators that can be used on any device.
- Integration with Digital Samba – European cloud platform for organizing webinars.
- Integration with Vatra – platform for organizing video conferences and webinars from Ukrainian developers Trembit.

Technical support
Despite the blackout, in 2022 our technical support worked more productively than ever. (Girls, thank you! You are the best!) We received 1870 requests from our customers and implemented 139 development requests. We also released 9 cool releases that received a lot of positive feedback from our customers.
Customer experience
Of course, we can’t forget about our customers’ cases. With the help of LMS Collaborator, our customers have launched a huge number of successful staff training projects: onboarding, adaptation, supportive training, certification, assessment. Some of them we described and published in our blog:
