In addition to its gas stations, the company operates stationary and mobile laboratories for monitoring the quality of petroleum products, as well as Ukraine’s largest network of roadside restaurants. The company also supplies natural gas and electricity.

    Creation of the “OKKO University” learning portal based on LMS Collaborator.

    Development of onboarding programs for various positions.

    Integration of the LMS with the HR system and Kyivstar’s SMS service to ensure the seamless operation of the notification system.

    Configuration of two login options: via SSO and mobile phone number; 

    Launch of a multi-channel notification system: email, SMS, and messages via a Telegram bot. 

    Implementation of a “Gift store” to motivate learning, where employees can exchange earned bonuses for real gifts.
