It was Lviv\u2019s brewing traditions that inspired Andriy Matsola\u2019s family to create a business that combines history, quality, and modern production methods. Today, the company operates throughout Ukraine and employs a <\/span><b>team of 2,500 professionals.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Training is an important part of the development of both the business and the employees at \u201cFirst private brewery\u201d It supports employees throughout their entire career at the company: from their first day of onboarding to the development of their skills.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To achieve this, a hybrid approach is used: in-person learning provides the foundation, while online tools help reinforce knowledge, enhance results, and scale them across the entire team.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The company already had a learning system in place, but as the business grew, it became clear that a more flexible and scalable solution was needed.
