For us, 2025 was about care, timely decisions, and meaningful daily work. This year reminded us once again that development is not just a process. It is a common foundation that helps us move forward regardless of the circumstances.<\/p>\n<p>So, what was the development of LMS Collaborator like for us in 2025?<\/p>\n<p>We worked hard to finish the year with a major update and present <strong>LMS Collaborator 3.0<\/strong>. The new version combines a consistent updated design, AI features, and a task and test creation wizard \u2013 everything to make learning even more convenient and effective. In 2025, we organized El&#8217;Lab#8 in Lviv with a focus on Infinity elearning and actively shared our experience on HR and L&amp;D platforms.<\/p>\n<p>This year, we expanded the Collaborator for 4.5.0 volunteer initiative and implemented even more support projects for defenders. A special and very touching moment of the year for us was the recognition from the commander of the Ukrainian Air Force.<\/p>\n<p>On the eve of the New Year, we continue our good tradition of summarizing the results of the past year. Months of painstaking work, dozens of discussions, trend analysis, testing, and lots of feedback. Each update was born out of real cases, challenges, and requests from HR, L&amp;D, and managers.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Grading and position levels.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In an employee&#8217;s profile, you can specify their position level \u2013 Junior, Middle, Senior, etc. This helps you set up a single position profile for different employee groups and build more accurate development trajectories.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>One-to-one meetings are part of the development plans.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Individual meetings between managers and employees are important. But it is even more important to record agreements and track their implementation. Now you can add such meetings directly to the development plan and keep the entire mentoring process in one place.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Custom message templates<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Communications in LMS have become even more personalized. You can create your own message templates that take into account corporate style, tone of voice, and business specifics.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Company organisational structure<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A separate page with a visual organizational structure in a vertical tree format helps you quickly navigate the team. That&#8217;s thousands of questions, ideas, suggestions, and challenges. Each of your suggestions became the foundation for change \u2014 over the course of the year, the development team implemented <strong>562 updates<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This productive work resulted in four releases, which step by step led us to the main event of the year\u2014the release of LMS Collaborator 3.0.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you for your ideas, openness, and feedback. It became a time of lively communication, professional discussions, and inspiring networking for us.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El&#8217;Lab 8: Infinity elearning in Lviv.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>After successfully reviving the project last year, we organized the eighth meeting of the e-learning community of professionals. This time, the theme of El&#8217;Lab 8 was Infinity e-learning \u2013 the limitless possibilities of corporate training in the age of technology. We were delighted to participate in events such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Online event \u201cPECHAKUCHA: Everything About LMS.\u201d<\/strong> Our CEO Myroslav Botsula, along with other EdTech experts, shared insights on creating enterprise solutions that really work.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Charity drift in Mykolaiv.<\/strong> LMS Collaborator became an official partner of the event in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Together with the Recruitment Center of the Ukrainian Navy, we helped raise funds for a drone for the 34th Brigade.<\/li>\n<li><strong>HRD Association in Lviv.<\/strong> Together with OKKO, they talked about the implementation of LMS in the format of exciting Formula 1 races: from a \u201cpress conference\u201d to the final \u201cvictory.\u201d<\/li>\n<li><strong>LVIV HR FORUM 2025.<\/strong> Our colleague Viktoriia Balachuk (Deputy CEO and Product Owner of LMS Collaborator) moderated the discussion. We also presented LMS Collaborator in the expo zone and exchanged experiences with guests.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition to presentations, we tried not to miss any opportunity for sincere conversations. Our team actively participated in: HR Rendezvous, HRD Summit, Business Coffee, HR Days, and the HR Brand Awards.
