    1. Paid access to content in Collaborator

“Is it possible to sell courses in Collaborator?” – is the one of the most frequently asked questions from potential and existing clients. Finally we can answer “Yes”!
Whom it might be interesting for? First of all, for training centers, teachers, coaches, and companies which train external customers.
To monetize your training content, you need to create a task as usual, but at the stage of selecting a mode – choose “Paid access through the Catalog” and specify its cost.

This course is now available for purchase by users in the Catalog.

A potential purchaser can read description of the task by clicking “More about the resource” button. Therefore, it is necessary to provide full information about the course or resource, so that users can assess the usefulness and effectiveness of this course for them. For the resource, this can added in the “Description” field and for the course – in “Briefly about the course” field.

The user can proceed to the task after the payment.
To implement the payment process, we integrated with INTERKASSA service. It is an aggregator of payment systems that allows online stores, sites and other trading platforms to take all possible forms of payment as quickly as possible. You can read about using it by this link or simply ask for help from our technical support.

    2. Adding comments to criteria groups of 360° polls

360° poll is a way of assessing employee’s competency on the occupied position by interviewing his or her business environment. Such a survey allows assessing the employee from all sides. As a rule, the polling process involves the examinee himself, his supervisor, colleagues and subordinates. Afterwards, the employee can compare his own assessment with the subjective opinion of the environment.

But the evaluation itself is not enough – it is important to know the reasoning why a particular user put such a value. For this reason, we added comments to criteria groups in 1.39.0 version. You can share your thoughts about the competency of your colleague or subordinate and explain your opinion.

The comments left by the users can be seen by the examinee and Administrator who has access to the reports on 360 polls, if this function is enabled.

    3. Exporting reports on 360° polls to Excel

Another update for 360 polls is exporting to Excel document. Data on poll results is displayed in the table. A detailed report with maximum visualization is available on the system.

    4. Filtering by user status

When personnel in a large company constantly changes, the number of users in the corporate LMS also changes. In most cases, employees who have left the organization are simply blocked in the system and remain on the general list. This approach has its drawbacks – when filtering users, for example, by the date of registration, the platform shows to Administrator all possible profiles – both active and blocked. Finding of desired users can take a large amount of time.
Therefore, our developers added a new function “Filter by users”. You can filter active and blocked users by the corresponding button.

    5. Security log: displaying of changes in user profile data

When a new inexperienced user is added to the system, it is important to know about all his transitions and actions. There are reports for this: user behavior map and study history. The Security log serves for displaying of user actions associated with changing their personal data in the system. In this report, Administrator can see changes of password (including recovery), profile settings and other details. If Administrator needs to follow all newcomer’s actions through the profile, then the details of his behavior can be found in the new action called “Details”:
